The Next 25 Series II is an automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle lathes, completely integrated, able to handle bars with diameters between 4 and 25 mm and lengths between 2,850 and 4,200 mm. It is very compact and high-performing, suitable for making the most of the lathe, ensuring ease of use as well as the speeds of rotation (more than 10,000 rotations/minute), bar changes (as little as 3 seconds), and indexing. It is also silent, and all of these things translate into a considerable increase of productivity.

Iemca SIR 52 Multi Spindle loader – 6mm to 52 mm bar capacity
SIR 52 is an automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle lathes equipped of 6 and 8 spindles. It is perfect for bars with diameters between 10 and 52 mm and lengths from 2,500 to 4,300 mm. The Sir allows bars to be easily loaded and manage the recovery of the remnant, without the necessity to use the stock reel and thus saving a lot of space on the ground. SIR is a bar feeder simple to use, it provides the maximum flexibility available on the market for the changeover of bar diameters (thanks to IEMCA patent of adjustable bobbins).
